Ken

Ken is an experienced sales professional, entrepreneur, and business leader. Ken resides in the metro Detroit area, where his organization is responsible for the acquisition and retention of clients for a wide range of industries. He is a proud father of 2 boys, and husband to his wife Sara.  He continues to pursue his mission to change the world one leader at a time, even with his youth soccer teams he coaches in his free time.

Ken mentors young professionals and is the proud CEO of 2313 Inc. 2313 has had unprecedented growth and Ken has been chosen to join the Best And Brightest Companies as a board member, since 2313 has been a 10 year recipient of the Prestigious award.  

Ken attended Pennsylvania State University, where he studied Marketing and International Business. He obtained his Bachelor of Science from the Smeal College of Business Administration and played soccer for Penn State’s prestigious Nittany Lions. Ken continues to strengthen his ties as an alumni through participation in Penn State’s Varsity “S” Club, the Penn State Alumni Association, and the Penn State Varsity and Club Soccer Alumni Group.

Tayler

John

John grew up in a small rural town an hour north of Detroit. He attended Central Michigan University, where he pursued a degree in Sociology with a focus in Criminal Justice and graduated in 2018.  Not long after graduating, John started in the industry to pursue skills that he felt would be transferable, such as communication, sales negotiating, leadership, etc. He quickly fell in love with the culture and performance-based opportunity, and almost six years later, he would not trade a second of it.  

Erika

Originally from Quito, Ecuador, Erika works as the Executive Recruiter at 2313 Inc. She brings a unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm to the team. With a friendly and upbeat personality, she is dedicated to building strong relationships with both candidates and coworkers. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence have been valuable assets to the company for over 2 years. In her free time, Erika enjoys spending time with her dogs and investing in both personal and professional growth.

Meet Gabriela from Quito, Ecuador. A dedicated sports enthusiast, she enjoys running, hiking, and time outdoors. While she treasures reading, her true passion lies in movies and quality time with loved ones. Surprisingly finding her stride in recruitment and human resources, she’s embraced the vibrant team atmosphere here, embodying boundless positivity and a commitment to giving her all in everything she does.
