Responsibilities (not limited to):
  • Promote products, services, and promotions to customers face-to-face
  • Speak with prospective retail customers
  • Acquire new business and process sales accounts on-site
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Handle and overcome objections as they arise
  • Review KPIs and campaign growth with management
  • Manage customers via CRM software
  • Partner with our retail locations to ensure we’re providing the best guest experience

Employment Benefits:
  • Competitive pay consists of hourly, commissions, plus bonuses/incentives based on performance metrics. Average compensation is $52,000-62,000 but compensation is uncapped.

WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED ATTIRE FOR AN INTERVIEW?

Just like our employees, we ask that our interviewees dress in business professional attire. This means a suit / jacket and professional footwear.

If hired, will I have to learn sales?

All of our new employees learn sales, no matter their positions. While few members of the team are necessarily seeking career-long sales positions, we consider the capability of driving revenue to be a key part of their comprehensive business training.

Does 2313 Inc drug test?

Based on client request, drug tests and background checks are possible.

DOES 2313 INC OFFER INTERNSHIPS?

We do! Through our internship program, individuals learn the fundamentals of business, sales and marketing. Successful interns have the potential to acquire full-time permanent positions upon completion of the program. Do 2313 Inc employees work from home?

No, our team members come to the office in Farmington Hills daily. We stress the importance of in-person, hands on training to expose our future leaders to a “real world” business environment.

I'M NEW TO THE WORKFORCE AND DON’T HAVE MUCH EXPERIENCE. SHOULD I STILL APPLY?
