Ken

Ken is an experienced sales professional, entrepreneur, business leader, proud father of 2 boys, and a husband to his wife Sara. His primary focus as the proud CEO of 2313 Inc is to mentor young professionals as they grow in their career,  and his organization is responsible for the acquisition and retention of clients for a wide range of industries. Ken continues to pursue his mission to change the world one leader at a time, even with the youth soccer teams he coaches in his free time.

With degrees from Penn State and a background in Law and International Business, Ken has made an impact philanthropically with multiple organizations financially and by supporting their leadership teams! He obtained his Bachelor of Science from the Smeal College of Business Administration and played soccer for Penn State’s prestigious Nittany Lions. Ken continues to strengthen his ties as an alumni through participation in Penn State’s Varsity “S” Club, the Penn State Alumni Association, and the Penn State Varsity and Club Soccer Alumni Group.

Ken resides in the metro Detroit area and has most recently been chosen to join the Best And Brightest Companies as a board member, since 2313 has been a 10 year recipient of the prestigious award. 

Tayler

Tayler’s education from Oakland University in Business Management and her experience in music entrepreneurship as a singer in the country industry helped mold her into a critical thinker who teaches our organization how to coach teams, manage the day-to-day operations of a business, and scale personally & professionally! She started in the business in sales in August 2018 and was promoted to oversee HR/recruiting practices in November 2018 and has grown in that role since. Her hobbies and passions include traveling, music, supporting animal shelters, and enjoying this beautiful life with her husband.

John

John grew up in a small rural town an hour north of Detroit. He attended Central Michigan University, where he pursued a degree in Sociology focusing on Criminal Justice and graduated in 2018.  Not long after graduating, John started in the industry to pursue skills that he felt would be transferable, such as communication, sales negotiating, leadership, etc. He quickly fell in love with the culture, and in his 6 years with us, he has mastered sales leadership, become an entrepreneur, and helped our company expand our and our clients’ brands nationwide! 

Erika

Originally from Quito, Ecuador, Erika works as the Executive Recruiter at 2313 Inc. Erika has a certificate from Yale University for an intercultural chat program. She is fully bilingual in Spanish and English and has proficiency in French. She is a co-owner of an architecture firm based in Quito and also a co-owner of a local coffee shop. 

Erika brings a unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm to the team. With a friendly and upbeat personality, she is dedicated to building strong relationships with both candidates and coworkers. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence have been valuable assets to the company for over 2 years. In her free time, Erika enjoys spending time with her dogs and investing in both personal and professional growth.

Tania

Tania completed her undergrad at Bucknell and received her Master’s at Columbia University, majoring in Sports Management. As a competitive tennis player, she was ranked among the top 200 female tennis players in the world. After college, she took her competitiveness to the board room, working in Corporate America for a Big 4 finance firm before finding her fit here at 2313 Inc.

Tania, a dynamic leader at 2313 Inc., embodies a leadership style grounded in relationship-building and democratic principles. With a focus on personal and professional development, Tania’s journey reflects resilience and determination, underscored by her mantra of “Never Give Up.” As a minority in the business world, she transcends labels, emphasizing the unity of the human race and advocating for emotional resilience in overcoming obstacles. Through her leadership and experiences, Tania inspires others to navigate challenges gracefully, fostering a culture of empowerment and growth within the organization. As 2313 Inc. continues its journey, Tania’s leadership promises an exciting future of collaboration and success.

Gabriela 

Meet Gabriela from Quito, Ecuador. Before heading to university, Gabriela made a bold decision to spend a year in Germany despite not knowing the language. She immersed herself in the culture, quickly picking up German within a few months. It was a marvelous experience, exposing her to a new language, culture, and people, ultimately influencing her decision to pursue studies at Ecuador’s top university. 

Opting for nutrition, Gabriela was granted a scholarship based on her academic achievements. During her university years, she was honored with an award for being the best companion out of a cohort of 50 students, and upon graduating, she established her first clinic to serve patients while concurrently pursuing two master’s degrees. Presently, she oversees two clinics in collaboration with her family, specializing in Dentistry and Nutrition.

In addition to managing social media and clinic marketing, her involvement in recruitment has revealed her passion for communication and connecting with others.

A dedicated sports enthusiast, she enjoys running, hiking, and time outdoors. While she treasures reading, her true passion lies in movies and quality time with loved ones. Surprisingly finding her stride in recruitment and human resources, she’s embraced the vibrant team atmosphere here, embodying boundless positivity and a commitment to giving her all in everything she does.
